The hotel's position, less than a mile from the Jack Lynch Tunnel and Cork's ring road, is ideal for holding conferences and events. Stationery, specialist equipment and refreshments from nibbles to private dining and banquets are all provided. 6 conference rooms cater for 2 to 300 delegates. The Garden Room overlooks the leafy grounds, perfect for wedding receptions, parties, dinner dances and barbeques. Parties from 80 to 300 are catered for, and assistance can be provided for all aspects of your event from drinks receptions to entertainment.
The Blue Room has a capacity for up to 100 diners and offers a varied a la carte menu featuring the finest local seafood and famous Irish Hereford beef. The Oak Room offers private dining in the candle lit surroundings of a 200 year old oak panelled room. The menu and evening are tailored to suit your party. The Conservatory bar and lounge offers casual dining in comfort, from light bites to steaks.
